As of Beta 6, When a metar station is reporting 00000KT, The ATIS script for the voice recorded ATIS incorrectly omits the wind information.
To reproduce this issue, create a new composite for an airport that is reporting calm winds, and change the type of ATIS from TTS to Voice Recorded. when selecting "RECORD ATIS", the ATIS script displayed will include the time of observation, as well as the visibility, but not the wind.
This issue seems to affect both the [FULL_WX_STRING] and [WIND] variables, and this issue appears both in the ATIS script, as well as the controller info sent to vatsim.
For reference, the METAR this was discovered on is KCDW 242353Z 00000KT 10SM CLR 11/M04 A3002 RMK AO2 SLP171 T01111044 10133 20094 51020, which yielded KCDW ATIS INFORMATION Q. 2353Z. 10SM CLR.... The issue also appeared when testing KSMQ 242353Z AUTO 00000KT 10SM CLR 08/M01 A3000 RMK AO2 SLP161 T00781006 10122 20072 51020
EDIT: upon further testing, this seems to affect both voice-recorded ATISes as well as TTS ones. in the case of a TTS ATIS, the voice synthesizer and text output lack the wind information
