Description of changes

This update will display EYVL-E sector on the maps of VATSIM.

Reason and motivation

This update will help the pilots to see EYVL-E sector boundaries on the maps.

Please add common border coordinate between all FIRs at the following 2 points:

As you can see its not linked with the full FIR borders.
