hi,bro.I used DIA-nn for the first time and wanted to process proteomics data, my boss gave me the data in EXCEL, how can I use dia-nn to process data.Please help me！

Hi, if you have an Excel file, that means you have already processed data.

Thanks，I just saw your reply, I'm sorry I was late。My boss gave me a TSV file Yesterday,I opened it,then i fonund that is a raw data.Today,i import the raw data,and add a FASTA from uniprot .Finally,I find I donot have spectral.I really don't know how to use DIA-nn, please help me bro!

Hi Ma,

I guess your boss should know what to do with the data you are working on. If it's .tsv, it's not raw data.
