Proposed Patch for updated vlc (2.1.5)

Hi, I've created a winetricks patch for the newer version of vlc (ver. 2.1.5, 
2014) for winetricks merge consideration. Please find the attached patch.

Note, here's how I run the program:

$ cd "$HOME~/.local/share/wineprefixes/vlc/drive_c/Program Files 
(x86)/VideoLAN/VLC"
$ WINEPREFIX="$HOME/.local/share/wineprefixes/vlc" wine vlc.exe 

I've also attached the new code in .verb format. However, I'm not sure this 
will be helpful unless the original vlc verb is excised from the winetricks 
before running it.

In the future, please attach patches from using 'git diff' (or a proper commit 
with authorship info). Thanks for the patch.
