Adding HHEM's new supported languages and proposed some content changes. I think these changes may improve clarity of this page and how HHEM and FCS relate to query result scoring.

Thanks for the additional review 🙇‍♂️ I'll wait until we have a final 👍 that the feature is ready for release before merging to avoid any potential confusion 🙂
