Current wiki-categories in coonfig.yaml are not tested.
It just be scraped from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Contents/Categories
but if one of them are not available, it's crucial for whole validating system.
We have to test it and check one by one to make sure all the categories are available, and all of them are have a enough budget at least 30 articles by default, actually it requires more then 3 or 4 times
