quick-docker docker plugin的问题

mvn package docker:build
打包失败，解决方法：

docker-maven-plugin 从0.4.3更新到0.4.13

@wirechen 你有出现打包失败的问题吗？为什么我打包一次过啊。。。你能把你出错的日志贴出来嘛~

升级到0.4.13版本就不会报这种错了
