Fix hover colours in HTML reports #236

In #231, we incorrect specified the :hover rules for some of the colour elements in the HTML reports -- this made it difficult to read the values in dark mode when they were hovered over.

This PR restores the "don't do hover effects" from prior to #231.

Manually tested on both dark and light mode.
