Miki's responses format user's name #668

Describe the bug

If a user issues an action command (slap, etc.) and their username has formatting elements in it (underscore, etc.), the Miki embed response has the user's name formatted in the title.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add formattable characters to your username.
  2. Use an action command.

Expected behavior

It should be expected that the user's name would be displayed correctly.
