libsrtp source changed 10-2-2014

Building doubango srtp.h from wiki instructions:
https://code.google.com/p/doubango/wiki/Building_Source_v2_0

The srtp headers in this git repo (below) have changed and break ./configure
git clone https://github.com/cisco/libsrtp/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cd doubango
2. ./autogen.sh && ./configure -with-ssl -with-srtp
3.

What is the expected output? 
Congratulations 
What do you see instead?
SRTP requested.....srtp/srtp.h found can not be compiled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
doubango Branch 2.0 / openSUSE 12.3 (Dartmouth) (i586) - uname -a  
3.7.10-1.40-pae

Please provide any additional information below.
The git repo dated before 10-2-14 configures and makes fine

Just a heads up for the community and possible adjustments to the wiki install 
steps.
