I'm struggling to find where the data is that determines the length of the arrow. I'd like to pull it out to measure the average velocity of individual cells between two experimental conditions - so the claims I make can be more quantitative rather than visual only. Does anyone know how to do this - it must be possible.
I'm using velocyto.R with SeuratWrappers. The data is stored in the Tools section of the Seurat object - but struggling to find out the specific information I'm looking for (is it just stored as two coordinates?).
