It's really a high qualty data and intersting study about the mice bone marrow. Recently ,we also want to use these data as references for our murine data annotation. I had download the NicheData10x.rda, but there is only a column named metadata....experiment.. , had the annotation info of each cell. And I got the map like this:
But, I want to get more detail info of each cell, such as mentioned in your paper,
Where could I got these info of each cell ?
