I have suffered the similar problem. I want to install win11 in my Sandisk, but its partition is not recognized, before that I can boot from it and select the win11 iso. The capacity of my disk: 256GB, partition style: MBR, and the ventoy version: 1.0.91.
I would like to add further that when I install Fedora on that free space (USB with first two partitions of Ventoy) from another USB, And when I am working in Fedora (on USB with two Ventoy partitions in the beginning), if any upgraded version of ventoy is posted I cannot upgrade it (on first two partitions) from Fedora in the same USB - the message is "disk is in use".

What happened?
I have installed ventoy on 128 GB USB opting for free space after first 2 ventoy partitions, of 90 GB. My effective disk storage size is 114 GB. Thus, ventoy's 2 partitions occupy about 24 GB (114-90). On that 90 GB free space, I want to install Fedora Rawhide Server. I have booted from Ventoy disk and selected Fedora Rawhide Server DVD ISO for installation. But the free space of 90 GB is not recognized at all in Fedora installation screen. I have attached screenshot of the same. It shows 2 other disks of 1000 GB (External HDD) and 512 GB (SSD) but not the USB with free space of 90 GB (on which ventoy is installed and from where ventoy is booted). Request to look into. If I am mistaken somewhere, please point out.
