Ensure there is a trailing slash when using serverName #11

Hello!

I'm having the same problem with forcing SSL as described in #9

I've looked further into this and found it's when sslRoutingBaseUrl is blank or / the baseUrl is then set to the serverName which omits the trailing slash, so I've added a check to fix this which is now working for me.

Happy to make any changes if you wish.

I thought it might be some settings on my end however it was still an issue on a second site I was launching. Glad to hear a fix is coming soon!
