📚 Description

A small addition of project-file/syntax and project-file/setup files and alteration of guide/quick-start to test dropdown features of the releases.

Documentation will likely go under a complete content change once features and initial release v0.1.0 is published. For now this change seems unnecessary. Will gladly accept in-depth documentation on these subjects once it's more understood how they will act.
