Use Steam Api to check if the owner of bannerlord is a banned cRPG user #1193

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. People are circumventing ban using family sharing. They need to not be able to do it

Describe the solution you'd like this allow to check who's the owner of the game. https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/webapi/ISteamUser If the owner is a banned crpg user , the player should not be able to connect
