Can't make depends on Ubuntu jammy #212

Running 'make' should compile on latest Ubuntu

I'm assuming you're making depends using version 0.18.0, which was made before Jammy was released. Use https://github.com/vertcoin-project/VTCDocker/ instead to build depends in an environment that is known to work.
