Hey thanks for this, I'll look at merging soon. I may tweak phrasing a small amount but it's very good to have a note about this!

Hi, thanks for this, I went ahead and merged this in - since this is related to a comment in the setup script I went ahead and moved most of the text into there, and shortened it up a bit.

This should definitely help a lot of users avoid a relatively confusing error message from gnuicorn, so thanks very much for submitting this!
