Spmv: OpenCL Build Failure #27

User Nazia Khan has reported a build failure for OpenCL Spmv on the current AMD APPSDK.

*.err files contain the following: Error: CL_BUILD_PROGRAM_FAILURE in Spmv.cpp line 438

I tested the OpenCL build process on a newer AMD APPSDK with a A10-5800K target, and SHOC builds and runs correctly including SpMV. Tested platform: AMD APPSDK 2.9, gcc 4.8.2, CentOS 7.0
