Feature Request: Bluespace Surgical Drill

A Bluespace Surgical Drill/Implanter locked behind relatively high levels of Medical and Bluespace Research (and possibly requiring Phazon)

The gist is that it allows you to implant any item into any cavity that you could normally implant something into regardless of its size. One mode allows it to scan and snag an item (would need to take a while for a living creature so you can't do dumb stuff like vanishing people in the halls) similarly to mechs' Hydraulic Clamps/Mounted Sleepers. The other mode allows you to open a cavity like a standard Surgical Drill and then implant the item with a second click, similarly to how you'd normally implant into the cavity except with the Drill instead of just holding the item.
