Feature: Tiles in group pinned to the taskbar.

[ ] Mimic Windows 10 Start Menu tiles and arrange them similarly, simple for starters
[ ] Include OSX like stacks too, but only on bottom taskbar for the moment
[ ] Use simple json list of elements to include in the pinned group
[ ] Detect taskbar's icon whose it belongs to (multitaskbar support, later)
[ ] Optional add context menu like list
[ ] Separated in another executable to launch only when required so it saves memory
