Hi. I understand it can be overwhelming due to the API requirements from both TickTick and GCalendar.
Right now I do not have the time for a demo video. However, I'll upload a Google colab with more detailed instructions which I believe will help make the setup more accesible.

will google collab keep running and sync the ticktick and gcal?
I am not sure. I believe Google Collab has a time limit after which it will stop running. Therefore, you would need to rerun it whenever it stops. I think that makes Google Collab not the best choice of keeping a constant 2-way-sync.
What to use would depend on your system, but the overall idea is to run the Python script every k minutes/hours (depending on your need). Some easy tools you can use for this are

for a non technical user it is really hard to setup. Can you do a sample video while setting it up on google collab.
