Allow filterless :! commands #44

Currently :! commands only work as filters (i.e., when given a number of lines to work with). We want them to work without filters as well, displaying their output somewhere reasonable.

This isn't ready for primetime yet, but the functionality is there. Currently command results show up in a split view rendered as HTML through the same pipeline that runs commands for bundles.
