victi.ms is currently down as we move to the "offline" cache server. This issue will be updated once the "offline" cache server has been deployed. See https://blog.victi.ms/2018/01/22/upcoming-changes/ for more information.

The offline cache server is now up and running. As noted in the blog post we should have the replacement system up in 2-4 weeks.
