Radio buttons with checked value not working #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Add "<input type='radio' name='set' value='1' checked='checked' /><input 
type='radio' name='set' value='2' />" in a <td> cell.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The radio button with the checked value should be checked, but it's not.  This 
works fine when row grouping is not enabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.7
