DK's Dragon Form has no model #6

Dragon Form at all levels is missing a model, you can only see a shadow when Dragon Knight is in ultimate. You can see attack animations.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue myself when I try to create Dragon Knights with cheats on, however in every regular match (both public matchmaking and private lobby games), this issue exists.

I can't reproduce this issue. I tried playing offline lobby, online lobby, coop vs bots, and watching live games and replays.

The only thing I can think of is this having to do with the TI4 immortal "Kindred of the Iron Dragon", which changes the dragon form, but I don't own it and haven't been able to find a game where someone is wearing it.

If you can give me a game id or replay file with this problem I might be able to find it. But so far I can't verify that this is an issue with the mod.

I can confirm it is due to the item set. 2014-07-02_15-24-51

Unfortunately, the replay is unavailable, if you still need one I can try to look for one.
