Describe the bug
It's going alright with the version 19.0.0. just that, the icons are being downloaded each time when opening up a new tab, while having in the Settings - Quick links - Style to "Text" when having that option on, icons are still being downloaded from the stuff that's in Quick links, just by looking at the devtools. the thing is, is that I don't see the icons, so it's kinda pointless of having to download icons for each of every new tab.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Settings - Quick links - Style set to "Text"
Open up DevTools and go to the Network tab
Refresh and it's downloading icons. even if you don't see them

Icons shouldn't be downloading when it's set to text style in Quick links.
