Display sunrise + sunset #329

Would it be possible to pull the sunrise + sunset times from the weather provider and display them with the weather forecast? The BBC gives sunrise / sunset - I assume others do?

We do use sunrise and sunset time internally to change the background type and other things, but I don't think we'll change the weather UI for now.

In the future we might add an option to have detailed weather info with all the suggestions that we received. I'm not promising anything though because our roadmap is already pretty full !
