probably have to change RaceNameToInteger() to not accept integers as input
this way we can tell if player means to specify a page number, or a race style
this makes it easier with complex commands like
/command <username(optional)> <style(optional)> <season(optional)> <page(optional)>
but this would force players to type out the race names (i think everyone does this already?) like /dftop10 jka instead of /dftop10 1
