[Screen] [Bug] "Loading media, please stand by..." for some but not all files #175

I'm getting an endless "Loading media, please stand by..." on Screen for some but not all files on my M1 Macbook pro - these are files that open fine in other software (resolve, premiere, editready, etc). This renders the software useless. image

I've posted about this before, I've tried deleting video preferences, etc., nothing has worked and I would love a solution please.

I've emailed Canon and awaiting a response. It's possible some new version of their SDK fixes this problem for us. We're currently using version 2.4

same issue as you three files out of 120 that won't load and I've tried different computers running screen ?
