Can't get the Pixus window back on the Mac #55

I'm using the latest version of Pixus on the Mac (Snow Leopard). My issue is
that if the window is
closed, hidden, disappears, etc. it's very difficult to get it to re-appear.
Could be a user issue, but I
can't seem to get it to create a new window once it's closed. My app is now in
a state where it will
start, but refuses to show a window, rendering it somewhat pointless.

I have to say, though, when it's working it's a great app! Nice job and keep up
the good work. I
really appreciate the time and effort your team has put into this.

I developed it on a Mac. I did't see this problem. But it's possible for some
unexpected behaviors due to the
change to my preference data structure. Please try to uninstall and reinstall
it again and see if it's gone.

i too am getting the same problem on Leopard (can't get Pixus window to show
again
after closing it with the system menu). I've uninstalled and reinstalled and
downloaded the updates to no avail. I noticed that the folder it installs
itself in
was called "/Applications/jpeg", which seemed strange. Nice app when I can get
it to
show though!

Have you tried the following?
1) Right-click the dock/tray icon
2) Select Find Pixus

hmmm.... i just started pixus, it said there was an update, so i installed it.
I'm
not at 1.2, and i still didn't see it anywhere, but I just saw your comment
above
about "Find Pixus", and looked, and there wasn't a "Find Pixus" option, but
there was
a "Find Panels" option, so I tried that and it worked... Thanks again! I've
restarted
it and it seems to be working fine. Thanks!
