[FEATURE] Repeating notes by Phase of Moon #533

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm having trouble fully adapting a campaign setting's holy days to Simple Calendar because sometimes their days are based on phases of a moon. You've provided functionality to set a note to repeat based on week, month, or year, but this is insufficient.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the 'Note Repeats' dropdown to contain an option for 'Phase of Moon: $Moon' where $Moon is any of that calendar's configured moons. This provides a second dropdown where one can select any of that moon's configured phases.

Describe alternatives you've considered These holidays could be populated with the API, but that's a bloaty, hacky work-around for a feature others might desire.

I'm working on a big update to the niche right now that should hopefully incorporate this and other repeat options for notes.

It's still early so no timeline when it will be done yet
