Cannot find New Grand Spectrum Gem or Price it #846

Describe the bug Exilence cannot find new Grand Spectrum Gem even

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Take snapshot
  2. No Grand Spectrum found
  3. Move around Grand Spectrum and zone still not grand spectrum
  4. Put Grand Spectrum in Inventory of character still no grand spectrum found

Expected behavior Exilence can't find the grand spectrum regardless of it being in the player inventory or in the player stash
