Include t-SNE, correlation analyses in ppt first include the models that Steven and I tried for the original principal_component - Now we exclude the principal_component and TPL_Death, survival, etc. Saurav's models including TPOT analysis and autokeras (23% accuracy)

Ask about including or excluding ELN_outcomes in the analysis (does that include physician input or is that an objective factor") Ask about utilizing CNNs vs supervised models, is there a difference in efficacy and obtaining the individual variable weights? Ask about our test variable ("y variable") Overal Survival or ELN?

ELN-is objectively based off cytogenetics and molecular, so include in analysis Use Survival, ELN may not actually be correlated completely with survival, compare the two variables?
