Arrow Keys Navigation still shows border from default theme on Gnome 46 (Fedora)

Opening the gnome search menu and navigating top items using arrow keys highlights the current item using a border with the color from the default Fedora theme. I would expect the current item to be highlighted with a color that is commensurate with the Graphite theme coloring.

Steps to Reproduce

• Post applying theme open the gnome search menu by pressing the super key followed by the letter "d" in the search box.
• Should now be seeing the same items as those shown in the following screenshot.
• "Cycle" through the top items using the "left" and "right" arrow keys.
• The current item has a border with a color from the default theme, expected color should be in sync with the Graphite theme.
