I don't know how to fix this!

But in my suggestion is that your dark theme was not recoganized as a regular dark theme in ubuntu.even for my chrome and github system theme is light only.please fix the issue

I tested all dark theme they all have this issue, so I don't think this is a theme issue, I can't help this (I really don't know how to change this!), you can report this issue to libreoffice!
