Theme Support

It might be useful to allow different colors on different Topic and Note levels.

• Need to support colors for both light and dark modes
• Optional: Import and Export support
• Optional: Some kind of way to manage multiple themes
• Optional: Allow different outlines to be viewed with different themes
• Optional: Print support
