ThinkPad Tablet - Volume key paging reversed #46

Volume Up takes me to a lower number page.
Volume Down takes me to a higher number page.

This is inverse to the description on the Settings page.

Hardware: Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 
Quill - v8.6
Android - v3.1

Notes:
Willing to install test builds.
