This is a proposal to start officially announcing the roles we're hiring for. This PR includes the roles document as well as updates the website to add the roles to the site.

Thanks for sharing. Where would Sunny and I fit in here? (volunteer admin & researcher?)

I'm not sure 100% what the researcher's role is, or the volunteer admin. Can the two of you comment on the additional roles you want to be added to this proposal, along with the daily responsibilities? @sunnya97

I'm sure there are a number of other crucial roles I'm missing too, so thanks for the feedback!

There's three thumbs up. I'm pushing this live so it's not blocking other updates. But I'm definitely aware that we'll have to update these roles a lot over the coming weeks!
