video should scroll with the text #7

The video window on the left shoul scroll with the text. Currently, the video disappears when you scroll down.

The video now appears on top of the transcription and can be hidden behind an expander component. This I think it's a better solution than scrolling next to it for now due to some limitations with how to manage floating components with streamlit.
