Publish the video

Triggered by issue edits in VSF repository

• Read and validate the edit timestamps
• Download the recording, cut away the segments, post on youtube
• Update yaml
• Delete video on zoom

This is basically done.

• I don't delete videos on zoom, but they expire anyway
• The google oauth token might require different management due to expiration. Will open a new issue if the current approach fails.
