Retweet talk announcements automatically #14

The VSF twitter account should retweet everything mentioning it and a speaker's corner hashtag.

Quick update: I just applied for a developer account using the VSF twitter. We will be able to create twitter apps/bots after approval. We will not be able to gather tweet statistics etc yet, that will require an 'upgrade' of the account afterwards.

Update: approved.

Do we want to write our own bot (run it as a separate cloudflare worker on an hourly cron job?), or would we rather use what seems to be the most common google script (see e.g. https://www.labnol.org/twitter-bots-tutorial-4796 by that script's creator)?

The google script requires giving permission to a gmail account. If we go this route, I would suggest we make a vsf gmail (to which we can then also switch the twitter account etc). What do you think @akhmerov ?
