Issue: Create a Modern Help Section Page

We need to develop a modern, user-friendly Help section for the website. This page should provide users with clear guidance and support for various issues they may encounter. The section should include the following features:

A search bar to quickly find solutions. A list of popular questions with collapsible answers (FAQ style). A contact form for bug reporting or further assistance. One question you already have user guide available on website this help section would be different from this right ? and does only authenticated user can access both user guide and help section ?
