Description: The blog page currently lacks interactive hover effects, which can enhance user engagement and provide visual feedback. Implementing hover effects will improve the overall user experience and make the page more visually appealing.

Proposed Changes:

Hover Effects for Blog Post Cards: Add a subtle shadow or scale effect when hovering over blog post cards. Change the background color or highlight the title to indicate interactivity.

assign this task to me ,i will add hover effect with the box shadow which give it a graphic effect
