Some small fixes after starting to use real Nifti-2 datasets

I am going to merge this, it only applies to nifti2 users, and I have been using it for months withouth problems. If anybody has any weird behaviour with niftiRead, please let me know. If one of the dimensions of the nifti file exceeds the limits of nifti 1, then it will use nifti2 (and if you set it up explicitly as well).
