The pre-print publication of https://github.com/vital-ultrasound/preprint2023 is based on the current repository which is private. Hence, I am opening this issue to address the following points:

• [x] Check that data is not released and add contact points for further information about data accessibility,
• [x] add minor changes to documentation to make it reproducible,
• [x] fix broken links and and link publication,
• [x] adds CODE_OF_CONDUCT https://www.contributor-covenant.org/faq/
• [x] update summary,
• [x] add version of the software,
• [x] add zenodo citations, ...
