removed oltp-set run #614

This PR removes OLTP-SET run from the benchmark. This is not required anymore to run with new settings pool.

Edit @frouioui: I am also removing the automated execution of the foreign keys related workloads via the cron jobs. These workloads can still be started from the admin UI if desired.
