Win11: Downloads are very slow, almost like latency/lag between PC & servers #270

So, it appears that it takes quite a bit of time to download files, not that the speeds once they start are slow but the time b/t issuing the command & the download actually starting is delayed. Same with entering the cancel command, appears there's latency
