Public. I think public would be fun because others could read the note too. I'd like to read what nice things others are writing about others.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to be able to leave a note on users profile and say thank you for their content but currently it's not possible.
Describe the solution you'd like Add a box so users can leave a note.
Additional context In order to combat spam. The user receiving the note can edit his profile and decide how much he would like to charge for users to leave a note on their profile.
