[FEATURE] managing relays similar to telegram proxies #1025

Concept of relay is not same as proxies on Telegram, but they can have similar UX and management systems.

In app header we can have relays and we can see the nber of them. By clicking on it, the new page can show the ping to those servers. And a summery of their info.

Also a relay address posted on DM or feed can be shown in a form that we can click and connect to it!

Also, this is a well known UX so more people can work with that.
